Nashville, Tennessee (January 7, 2020) – As building construction nears completion on Nashville’s all-new senior living community, Clarendale at Bellevue Place has hired two leaders to help residents transition to their new home. Leslie Brown will serve as Director of Sales and Marketing, and Claudia Buchanan will serve as Director of Memory Care.
Located within the development of One Bellevue Place, Clarendale at Bellevue Place will provide independent living, assisted living and memory care all under one roof. The staffing additions help round out a team that will be welcoming the senior living community’s first residents in the coming weeks of 2020.

Brown brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to her Clarendale role, with the last decade primarily focused on health care. A native Nashvillian, she is a graduate of Auburn University.
“I consider myself lucky to have found a position at Clarendale that taps into my desire to help families,” says Brown. “Through much of my career, I’ve been an advocate for seniors and those who love and support them. And in my personal life, I’m passionate about fundraising for charities benefitting the disabled. So, I guess you could say I have a heart for making myself useful to help others. Clarendale senior living solutions will allow me to do just that.”
Buchanan is an experienced Chaplain and also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, specializing in bereavement care, so she brings unique qualifications to her position as Clarendale’s Director of Memory Care. Also, her loving commitment to dementia leadership is personal: Buchanan cared for her own parents in their final years.
