Ribbon Cutting – February 25, 2020

Clarendale at Bellevue Place recently celebrated their opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Approximately 165 guests attended the event on February 25, including the first residents and their families, professional partners, business leaders, Chamber of Commerce representatives and the community’s developer.

Guests enjoyed live entertainment, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, drinks and speeches from staff and community leaders. The ceremonial ribbon was cut by the community’s first resident, Patsy.
