With more than 7 years of experience in senior living, Brandon developed his passion for serving seniors through his experience at Gentiva Hospice, Life Care Centers of America and Brookdale Senior Living. He is well-positioned to serve as our executive director thanks to a combination of strong credentials and solid commitment to helping seniors and their families find the right lifestyle solutions. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Tennessee Tech, where he played on the Golden Eagles baseball team.
Leslie Brown is the Director of Sales and Marketing who works with prospective residents to find the perfect home in our community. Leslie has the experience, passion and dedication it takes to help Nashville-area families find the right senior living solutions. Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to her Clarendale role, with the last decade primarily focused on health care. A native Nashvillian, Leslie holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
Hope Ell has been part of the Clarendale at Bellevue Place team since 2019 and now serves as the Director of Life Enrichment. Hope’s experience as a Realtor and her passion for serving Seniors positions her do the what she loves most -- helping people with late-in-life transitions. She is the primary contact with future residents regarding all the details surrounding the move and works hard to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Hope is a graduate of Western Carolina University located in NC and holds degrees in Broadcast Communications and Public Speaking.
Derek Jones is the Director of Memory Care, overseeing resident care, engagement programming and activities/recreation for our Iris and Tulip memory care neighborhoods. Derek has a background in many facets of the health care and senior living worlds, including roles involving caregiving, marketing/promotions and leading recreation departments. Derek has a heart for those needing extra memory support, and desires to make connections that enrich lives in a meaningful and supportive way. His past experience and extensive training in Alzheimer’s and dementia education and programming combined with the compassionate care he provides promise residents an experience personalized and unique to each individual and their specific needs. Derek is originally from West Virginia, and moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Jordan Uselton is the Director of Community Outreach. Jordan works directly with community resources to build strong relationships in business development. Jordan is passionate about serving seniors looking to transition to Senior Living in the Nashville community, stemming from a family deeply rooted in senior care. With over 20 years of expertise in Hospitality, Sales and Marketing he is proud to serve his community of Bellevue.
Jacqualyn Hickman serves in the role of Director of Health Services. She has a breadth of experience in nursing and related health service fields. Jacqualyn attended the Tennessee College of Applied Science in Maury County where she excelled in nursing school, graduating in the Top 5 in her class. She has worked in multiple areas of patient/resident care including caregiving, nurse assisting, acute care and managerial positions, providing her a well-rounded ability to serve our community and improve quality of life pursuits for residents. She is a proven leader who leads by example, has a true passion for nursing, and finds the ultimate reward is found in the priceless gratitude of the people she cares for. She is the proud mother of two daughters, and together they love the outdoors, sports (especially soccer!) and other social activities. Jacqualyn also has a heart to serve on the mission field, volunteering with the homeless population. Her life verse is “There is a time to weep, time to laugh, time to mourn and time to dance.” (Ecclesiastes 3:4).
Russell Ginder is the Director of Culinary Services for Clarendale at Bellevue Place. He works with the senior population and with their input, provides healthy, nutritious and desired meals in an atmosphere that promotes a vibrant and social dining experience. Russell believes the dining environment is a key aspect in the holistic approach for the emotional, physical and social wellbeing of the residents he serves. Russell has worked in the senior living continuum for 12 years serving in roles as a Clinical Dietitian, Culinary Services Director and as a Home Care Services Executive Director. Russell is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist through the state of Tennessee and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Russell has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville Tennessee.
Brianna Sieck is a Business Office Manager who works with residents to assist with lease signings and monthly invoices. Brianna believes in serving the residents and helping to make our community feel like home. Brianna has worked in senior living for 2 years as a Business Office Manager. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Marketing from California University of Pennsylvania.
