Leslie Brown is the Director of Sales and Marketing who works with prospective residents to find the perfect home in our community. Leslie has the experience, passion and dedication it takes to help Nashville-area families find the right senior living solutions. Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to her Clarendale role, with the last decade primarily focused on health care. A native Nashvillian, Leslie holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
Jordan Uselton is the Director of Community Outreach. Jordan works directly with community resources to build strong relationships in business development. Jordan is passionate about serving seniors looking to transition to Senior Living in the Nashville community, stemming from a family deeply rooted in senior care. With over 20 years of expertise in Hospitality, Sales and Marketing he is proud to serve his community of Bellevue.
Blake serves as Move-In Coordinator. He ensures residents have a smooth transition into Clarendale and provides an enjoyable experience settling into their new home. He values excellent service and knows taking care of residents and their families is of utmost importance. His background in hospitality allows him to offer attention to detail as he prepares an apartment to welcome the new resident and when organizing logistics for moving day. Blake maintains a solution-oriented mindset and is a pleasure to work with as he helps set up your cable television, WiFi and telephone line, should you choose to have one. He's volunteered and provided extensive work with organizations like United Way, Buy a Tree and Change a Life. Blake loves good food and adventure. He graduated Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State with a degree in Community and Public Health and studies in Psychology and Business Administration.
Brianna Sieck is a Business Office Manager who works with residents to assist with lease signings and monthly invoices. Brianna believes in serving the residents and helping to make our community feel like home. Brianna has worked in senior living for 2 years as a Business Office Manager. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Marketing from California University of Pennsylvania.
Chonchita Diane Harmon, RN, is the Director of Health Services who works with the nursing staff to promote resident wellness and safety throughout the Memory Care and Assisted Living Communities. With 17 years of experience as an Acute Care, Critical Care, and Emergency Department RN, along with a stint as a Medical Equipment Project Planner, Diane brings a trained eye and unique management style to the Clarendale community. With the emphasis on personal empowerment and striving to be our best selves, Diane believes every resident and staff member deserves the utmost respect and consideration. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University.
Russell Ginder is the Director of Culinary Services for Clarendale at Bellevue Place. He works with the senior population and with their input, provides healthy, nutritious and desired meals in an atmosphere that promotes a vibrant and social dining experience. Russell believes the dining environment is a key aspect in the holistic approach for the emotional, physical and social wellbeing of the residents he serves. Russell has worked in the senior living continuum for 12 years serving in roles as a Clinical Dietitian, Culinary Services Director and as a Home Care Services Executive Director. Russell is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist through the state of Tennessee and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Russell has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville Tennessee.
Creating fun and memorable experiences is Hope Ell’s role as Director of Life Enrichment. Hope joined the Clarendale staff in September 2019 as Move-In Coordinator and accepted the position of leading Activities in June of 2020. Hope, along with her team, is passionate about presenting enriching and exciting opportunities for Residents that encourage new friendships and establish community. Hope’s prior work experiences include: Realtor, Drama Teacher, Radio News Reporter and Video Producer. She will tell you these roles have given her a diverse and solid foundation which help her bring Activities to life. Her team’s motto is #FunHappensHere—And it does! Past accolades for Hope include the DAR Award for community service and special recognition for her promotion of tourism to Israel through a video series she helped produce. Hope is a graduate of Western Carolina University and received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications and a Minor in Public Speaking.
Steven Wandless is the Director of Plant Operations, who ensures that maintenance staff performs the proper repairs and preventive maintenance needed to keep the building's infrastructure running smoothly. He also works with residents and staff members by helping keep a safe and up to code community. He oversees along with the help of the lead housekeeper that the community and suites are kept at a high standard of cleanliness. Steve has been working in industrial construction and facility maintenance for 12 years.
